Production Notes & QC Checkpoints
What decides whether this product performs in the field — and what to verify before each shipment:
| Checkpoint | What goes wrong | Verification |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm the specification in writing | Material, dimensions, colour and finish should all be on the purchase order — verbal agreements are the most common cause of rework. | PO line-by-line check against sample |
| Approve a golden sample | Keep a signed sample for every component so each production lot can be compared objectively. | Sample retained and referenced on the PO |
| Agree the inspection level | State AQL level and inspection point (in-line, final, or both) so expectations match. | Inspection report per shipment |
| Packing and labelling | Agree carton marks, inner packing and label content before production, not after. | Pre-shipment packing check |
| Traceability | Batch reference on each carton allows fast root-cause analysis if a defect appears downstream. | Batch label on every carton |
Buyer FAQ
Q1. How do I request a quotation?
Send the product, material, size, colour, quantity and any standard you must meet. A sample or drawing shortens the process considerably.
Q2. Can you supply samples before bulk?
Yes. Sampling is the normal first step; the approved sample becomes the reference for production and inspection.
Q3. What is the typical MOQ?
MOQ depends on the item and the material — send the item and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm.
Q4. How is quality inspected?
Typically incoming material inspection, in-process checks at key steps, final inspection at the agreed AQL, and a pre-shipment packing check.
Q5. Can I combine items in one shipment?
Yes, mixed containers are common. Confirm the item list early so packing and labelling can be planned together.
