Overview
Webbing, elastic and reflective trim carry load or provide function across the finished product: bag straps, waistbands, safety markings and edge binding. Width tolerance, shrinkage, tensile strength and colour fastness decide whether the trim behaves the same after washing and in use.

Q1. How do I choose webbing width for a buckle?
Match the webbing width to the buckle inner width with a small clearance, and confirm the thickness fits the buckle opening. Send both specs together.
Q2. Will the webbing shrink after washing?
Most woven webbing relaxes and shrinks to some degree. Confirm the shrinkage at your wash temperature on a pre-production sample.
Q3. Can you match the colour to my fabric?
Yes, against a Pantone or physical swatch. Keep the approved sample; repeat orders are matched to it under D65 light.
Q4. Do you supply reflective trim with certification?
Reflective performance depends on the grade and the test standard. Tell us the standard and the required retroreflection value.
Q5. What is the typical MOQ for custom trim?
It depends on width, colour and construction. Send the specification and the quantity you need and we will confirm.
